Earthly Souls is not a service. It is a space, an open field of stillness. Here, nothing is added. Nothing is fixed. Through presence-based sessions and quiet exploration, what is untrue gently falls away. Clarity arises. The body softens. Truth is felt, not taught. This is where we return. Not to become someone new, but to remember what has always been here.
In this space, what is shared is not bound to one subject or title. Awareness is the foundation, and from that ground, life itself becomes the teaching. Motherhood, relationships, the body, society, even the smallest details of daily living—are all doorways into the same truth.

Hey! I’m Kate Frost.
A mother, a woman living an ordinary human life, and someone who has spent many years listening deeply to the body, the heart, and what life is quietly teaching beneath the surface.
There was a time life felt like a search for healing, clarity, meaning, purpose. Along the way, I explored many doorways: mind–body work, holistic life coaching, Reiki and Angelic Reiki. Not as identities to hold, but as experiences life moved me through. What remained was not techniques, but understanding. Life itself became the teacher, and each experience an invitation to meet what arises and move beyond it in its own way.
Today, I hold space for presence. I listen beneath the story. I guide gently, helping others tune into what is already unfolding within them and recognise the intelligence moving through their own lives through embodied meditation.
